The Kansas Maps of Craig Miner digital collection is comprised of historic maps of Kansas collected by Dr. Miner, a renowned historian of Kansas and the Willard W. Garvey Distinguished Professor of History at Wichita State University. Dr. Craig Miner, who died in 2010, was dedicated to documenting the history of Kansas. Dating from 1855 to 1935, this collection  attests to his dedication and includes routes of railroads, roads and trails; boundaries and place names; topographic features; decorative borders and cartouches, illustrations and inset maps; content of verso material; and source of maps if known.
