These papers of Lord Noel-Buxton consist of nine letters regarding the conclusion of peace with Nazi Germany during World War II. The letters are written to Lord Noel-Buxton by other British officials and dignitaries in 1940 and 1944, and they provide insight on attitudes on peace as well as notes involving United States’ involvement in the War including the Prussian Debate, Russia’s annexes and Bulgaria.
